Seiberlich to split into two firms

G&J Seiberlich & Co. LLP, the oldest full-service CPA firm in the Napa Valley, is dividing the practice of its two Napa Valley offices, St. Helena and Napa, into two independent and distinct certified public accounting and consulting firms, effective Dec. 1.
The Napa office will retain the firm’s name and its partners will be Greg A. Bennett, Wendell R. Coats, and Laura E. Wintz.
The partners of the St. Helena office, Dale M. Brown (who will be coming out of retirement to help steward the new firm), Robert L. Holder, Kevin S. Alfaro, Leonard L. LaBranche, Jr., Breton A. Blyth, Warren W. Warner, Jr., and Danielle E. Sandoval, will become Brown Holder Alfaro & Co. LLP.
