Sunday, Nov. 8

2:23 a.m., A Calistoga man was taken into custody for DUI following a contact on Elm Street. The subject was later released on a citation to appear in court.

3:42 p.m., A Cedar Street resident called to report the recovery of two previously reported stolen bikes. The owners should go right out and purchase locks to avoid the hassle next time.

8:44 p.m., A Sacramento woman was taken into custody for DUI following a vehicle stop on Foothill Boulevard. She was given a place to sleep for the night and her vehicle was towed. The driver was later released on a citation to appear in court.

Monday, Nov. 9

1:37 a.m., A Los Angeles man as taken into custody for DUI following a vehicle stop on Lincoln Avenue. The subject was later released on a citation to appear in court.

8:31 a.m., A Harley Street resident reporting difficulty getting to work. It seems that some time during the night her vehicle was stolen. A report was taken for auto theft.

1:33 p.m., An officer responded to a report of a vehicle accident on Petrified Forest Road. The drivers involved exchanged insurance information and declined a report.

2:44 p.m., A Calistoga woman was taken into custody for DUI after she was reported driving erratically on Foothill Boulevard. The subject was later released on a citation to appear in court.

10:01 p.m., Happy 21st birthday to someone, but not-so-happy sleeping for any of your neighbors! An officer responded to a music complaint on Lake Street. The 21-year-old resident was contacted and agreed to quiet down.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

6:59 p.m., An officer responded to a report of a subject sleeping in front of a business on Lincoln Avenue. The subject was contacted and advised that he needed to find a better place to get his rest. He chose Lake County, and began the journey.

Wednesday, Nov. 11

7:06 p.m., Officers responded to a report of several subjects getting ready to fight at the high school. The officers needed a few minutes to round up the runners when they fled at the sight of officers, but they were eventually all captured. No fight had happened yet, so they were all released.

Thursday, Nov. 12

7:38 p.m., Officers responded to a report of a drunk subject fighting on Spring Street. The subject was attempting to fight, but was so intoxicated that all he needed was an ambulance. One was summoned for him and he took a ride to the hospital.

Friday, Nov. 13

5:33 p.m., A New York man was taken into custody for DUI following a traffic stop on Foothill Boulevard. He was later released on a citation to appear in court.

8:54 p.m., Guests in a house on Spring Street arrived to find the house had been broken into. No suspects were located, and a report was taken. The matter remains under investigation.

Saturday, Nov. 14

1:24 p.m., A Lake County man was taken into custody for DUI after he was reported as driving on the wrong side of the road. He was held a few hours and released with a citation to appear in court.

10:33 p.m., A Calistoga man was taken into custody for DUI after a traffic stop in his driveway on Myrtle Street. The man was held four hours and released on a citation to appear in court.
