It appears that some things are being merely reconsidered while others have been completely ignored or off the table. What happened to our software? Dear Editor, In 1993 that City Council authorized the Finance Director to purchase a $100 set of software to use to establish new water rates. Previously the rates were established by a consultant to the tune of $50,000 to $70,000. This expense would be passed on to the rate payers. Remember those who signed Dear Editor, Now, more than every, remember the 55 men who signed the Declaration of Independence in 1776. Hoping for something divine Dear President Obama, Congratulations on your non-partisan approach to your presidency and extending a hand of reconciliation to the Republicans (who’d like to see you 6-feet under).
