I once again would like to state my position on the Urban Design Plan. It appears that some things are being merely reconsidered while others have been completely ignored or off the table.

What happened to our software?
Dear Editor, In 1993 that City Council authorized the Finance Director to purchase a $100 set of software to use to establish new water rates. Previously the rates were established by a consultant to the tune of $50,000 to $70,000. This expense would be passed on to the rate payers.
